Funds are settled instantly into your account, and you can easily convert to or from fiat currency whenever you like. LFG is fast, secure, and free to get started.

I’ve never used crypto before. Is it hard to set up and use?

Not at all! LFG is designed to be beginner-friendly. You can set up your account and start accepting payments in less than 30 minutes. The app guides you through every step, and our support team is always available to help.

What are stablecoins, and why should I accept them?

Stablecoins are digital currencies pegged to the value of traditional currencies like the US dollar. They offer the benefits of crypto—like lower fees and instant transfers—without the price volatility. By accepting stablecoins, you can save on high payment provider fees while getting paid instantly.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at anytime, upgrading gives you instant access to the benefits of the new plan and downgrading will occur at the next payment cycle.

Is LFG safe and compliant?

Yes! LFG uses advanced pre-compliance checks for all transactions and KYC and KYB on all customers, to ensure your payments are secure and meet regulatory standards. Your funds are never held by us, so you always have full control over your tokens.

Is there a free trial available?

Yes! We offer free trials for all our paid plans, allowing you to get comfortable using the app. Additionally, we have a monthly referral programme: refer up to five people in a month who sign up for a paid plan, and you’ll get the next month free. There’s no limit to how many people you can refer, so in theory, your plan could be free indefinitely!
